01Who we are

The astros service is provided by operator: full name or sole proprietor, tax ID, email support@astros.nz (“we”).

02What astros is

astros calculates your chart using fourteen practices (Western, Vedic, and Tibetan astrology; Zi Wei Dou Shu; Nine Star Ki; Human Design; Pythagorean, Chaldean, and Vedic numerology; the Psychomatrix; the Destiny Matrix; BaZi; the Tzolkin; and the Lo Shu grid) together with a calendar of days, compiles texts about you, and answers questions with the help of AI.

These are traditions for self-reflection and planning, not science. Neither the daily forecast nor the answers from Astros replace a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. You make your own decisions.

03Account

You can sign in through Telegram or with an email and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use astros.

Keep access to your Telegram account and your password secure: anything done from your account is considered done by you. If you notice that someone else has signed in, contact us.

Enter your own birth data. Enter the data of someone close to you only with their consent.

04Free plan and Astros+

Some features are free: the chart, the coming week of the calendar, and a few questions to Astros.

Astros+ unlocks the calendar for the month ahead, the best hours, date finding, full texts, and more questions to Astros. It costs 500 ⭐ per month and is paid with Telegram Stars.

Astros+ renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Telegram: Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Telegram. We do not see your card details and receive only the confirmation that the payment was made.

05Refunds

If Astros+ does not work or you were charged by mistake, send /paysupport to the bot or write to us at the contact above. We will look into it and, if the payment should not have gone through, refund the Stars.

06AI answers and texts

Answers from Astros are written by an AI model based on your chart data. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.

The texts in astros are original works. You may read and save them for personal use, but you may not copy them in bulk or sell them.

07What is not allowed

Creating accounts in bulk to get around limits; scraping the service’s data with automated tools; interfering with the operation of astros or attempting to access other people’s data; using astros for anything prohibited by law.

In such cases, we may restrict or terminate access.

08Liability

We do our best to keep astros available at all times and its calculations accurate, but the service is provided “as is”: interruptions and errors can occur. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of forecasts or for their consequences.

09Deleting your account

You can delete your account with all its data in your profile. What exactly is deleted is described in the Privacy policy.

10Changes

A new version of these terms is published on this page with its date. We will announce important changes in the service in advance.
